I was born in Gran Canaria and after studying a double degree in Mathematics and Physics in Madrid and Southampton, I started my professional career in Big Data technologies and web microservices at Accenture in Madrid. Afterwards, I worked in the private banking and investment banking departments of UBS in Zurich, specifically in the development of mathematical models of derivative products, building web applications and distribution of digital products.
I have always had a deep business orientation, a soft spot for SMEs and a passion for the world around us.

In my free time you can find me enjoying the mountains in the Alps or scuba diving in the Canary Islands. I am also passionate about Nintendo and classical guitar.
I come from Madrid, where I studied a double degree in Mathematics and Physics, with a visiting year in Munich. I did my masters in Barcelona in one of my passions since childhood: meteorology. In the next years I worked in this industry, managing big volumes of data; implementing, developing and improving predictive models and offering my services as a consultant to national and international companies and to public organisms.
I am determined to build a better future for the upcoming generations and I like understanding how science, technology and economy work. All this makes me focus on social problems and want to find the simplest and most sustainable solution.

I love travelling and getting to know other cultures, the marine environment, playing the piano and enjoying my time with family and friends.
