What does TIDI Receipt Assignment consist of?
It is an automatic generator of digital receipts that can be installed in your ERP (sales programm) so you can give your clients the receipt in 1-2 seconds.
You first register your sale, then the ERP shows the TIDI page and, after clicking on “Finish/Cancel”, you return to your ERP. No extra processes involved
How can I add it to my ERP (sales programm)?
Your ERP provider is who can perform this integration. Talk to your provider directly or give us the contactand we will do it on your behalf
What will happen to my ERP device if I have TIDI Receipt Assignment integrated on my ERP?
When you finalize your sale, you will see the digital receipt and, either introduce your client email, or ask them to scan the QR. Whichever option suits you best. This QR let your clients send the receipt to themselves.

I'd rather use my personal device to show the digital receipt instead of the ERP device. Is it possible?
Of course! The only difference is that, after finishing your sale on the ERP, you must log in your account on your device and you will see the digital receipt of this operation

How do my clients receive their digital receipt via TIDI Receipt Assignment?
Either they give you their email address, or they scan the QR (option preferred by most users).
If they prefer scanning the QR, they can make use of the email autofill feature to send the receipt by email very quickly. They do not have to introduce it manually (please see this to understand it better).
What happens if my clients do not have an account on TIDI or the TIDI app?
Absolutely nothing! You can send them the digital receipt by email or they can send it to themselves without app or account.
If they create their account later on, they will have the digital receipt available any time they need and they will not lose it again.
If my clients already have an account, what happens with the digital receipt that I send them via TIDI Receipt Assignment?
It will be assigned to their account automatically. When they log in their account, they will see the digital receipt that you just sent to them.
I am an ERP manager. How can I offer this service to my clients?
You need to integrate a call to our API to generate the TIDI Receipt Assignment page and then integrate/redirect them on your ERP/web application. We take care of redirecting them to the page you want. Usually, our ERP users redirect their clients to the landing page or to a callback to this page because it’s where the clients will register their next sale.

Among other fields, our API will require the URL of the page we must redirect your clients to after they give the receipt to their end clients. If you choose an internal URL of your ERP/web application, you will end the life cycle of your TIDI Receipt Assignment screen with a return to your software.
